(2)Perform pre-commissioning activities, hydrostatic, pneumatic, and leak tests; start up MEE plants and optimize operating parameters to achieve evaporation capacity and steam economy guarantees. (3)Monitor feed flow, steam pressure and consumption, vacuum levels, product concentration, condensate quality, and temperature and pressure of each effect; maintain daily operating logs. (4)Diagnose and resolve issues related to low evaporation rate, high steam consumption, vacuum loss, scaling/fouling, pump cavitation, and heat exchanger performance; implement corrective actions. (5)Plan preventive maintenance, coordinate shutdowns and CIP/manual cleaning, inspect pumps, valves, vacuum systems, steam traps, and instrumentation, and maintain spare parts inventory. (6)Prepare commissioning reports, operating procedures, SOPs, checklists, inspection reports, maintenance records, and performance reports while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. (7)Supervise technicians, welders, fitters, and contractors; allocate daily work, monitor productivity and quality, and train operators during plant handover.
